Obama’s Car Allowance Rebate System

The other day, I reminisced about my first car, The Box. Since those days, I’ve moved on to a Honda CRV (lego-man car), which unfortunately got totaled on the way to Vegas. And then into my current vehicle, a Jeep. Go figure – yet another box! While I love the feeling [...]

Avon Walk Fundraising Goal Reached!

The Avon Walk fundraiser I hosted at Silverlake Wine last week was a huge success!  I raised just enough to surpass my fundraising goal of $1800.  Silverlake Wine was a wonderful location to host a fundraiser.  Everyone really enjoyed tasting the wine and eating the cheese and other hors d’oeuvres from The Cheese Store.
Thanks to [...]

Good news! Some more local businesses have been generous enough to donate some products and gift certificates to my fundraiser at Silverlake Wine this Friday! You can look forward to seeing a few gift certificates for cuts and color from the awesome stylists over at Shag Hair Salon. Their staff is awesome, [...]

My Comments on Today’s Top Diggs

1. Kid’s reaction after being drugged up at the dentist office
Is it just me or is this funny because we know that someday he will be ingesting questionable substances to intentionally get the same feeling?
2. Obama: ‘I made a mistake’
How amazing is it to have a president that admits his mistakes? I’m going [...]
